My Run 31/07/2007
Went for the usual 6.3km this morning, a little earlier than normal at 7:45am. Man it was beautiful out there ~ the rain during the night over the golf course and the crystal clear sea made for a great picture. Pity my damn shins didn’t get into the mood. I’ve been putting them through their paces recently so between the hills and my “b” shoes, the run was a little harder than anticipated. But hey, still got out there and did the deed. Tomorrow going to wear the “a” shoes for a [hopefully] comfy run.
